It's easy.
You can send your digital files directly to our FTP server for processing. To process your order via FTP, please follow the steps below:
- To view your FTP site in Windows Explorer, click 'Start > Accessories > Windows Explorer', and type 'ftp://24.234.150.165:21' in the address bar.
- Small 'log on as' window should pop up.
- Put your user name and password to log in.
- When your FTP site pops up just drag and drop your files or folders into your window.
- It's a good idea that you organize your photo folders by size separately.
- you can give us your print quantity when you name your file
ex) if you need 2copies of 'DSC0423' file > DSC0423x2
- Contact Us and let us know the details of your order, including: FTP Folder Name, Print Qty, Print Size, Print Finish, Billing Info, Shipping Info and any special instructions that your order may require.
